Participant’s Acknowledgment (Must Be 18+):

By purchasing a ticket and participating in the ATL Rugged & Ready Seminar organized by J3 Academy, Ruggeda, and Sensei Jorgy Cruz, I affirm that I am at least 18 years of age or older. I acknowledge and understand the inherent risks involved in self-defense training, martial arts instruction, and physical activities, including but not limited to personal injury, bodily harm, emotional stress, or property damage.

I voluntarily agree to participate and accept full responsibility for all risks involved.

Release of Liability:

I expressly waive, release, and forever discharge J3 Academy, Ruggeda, Sensei Jorgy Cruz, their owners, instructors, employees, affiliates, sponsors, representatives, and agents from any and all claims, injuries, damages, actions, liabilities, and legal responsibilities arising directly or indirectly from my participation in the seminar, including negligence.

I agree not to pursue legal action against any of the above-mentioned parties in the event of injury, illness, damage, loss, or harm sustained during or resulting from the seminar.

Acknowledgment of Health:

I affirm that I am physically and mentally capable of participating safely in this seminar. If, at any point, I feel unable to participate safely, I agree to cease participation immediately and inform the event organizers.

Photo & Video Release:

I consent to being photographed or videotaped during the event and authorize J3 Academy, Ruggeda, and Sensei Jorgy Cruz to use such media for promotional purposes without compensation or further consent.
